We met Rosita when she came to our store. We became friends because we are both in His family. We know she is enjoying His presence & that of her other family members now. She was truly a blessing.

I have known Rosita for over 20 years from when she worked at Tulane. We talked practically every week from that point on. She was and still is a very special person to me. She is a lady of the first caliber. Wise to the end but very sensitive on certain matters of the heart. I gave her a Rosary Ring once so she had to get me one which I wear to this day. From the Porras Family we want to thank all of you for your kind words, thoughts, and prayers. Mom loved people especially those she called family and friends. OJ, Patricia, Sal and Yvonne, I am so sorry to hear of your moms passing. She was such a happy, smiling lady and neighbor. I have many happy memories of her, your dad and all of you. We spent many days playing together. I was fortunate to see her several times after Katarina at random places and she always had a smile and hug for me.
