"My sincerest condolance to everyone who knew and loved Bill, most especially to Joyce, Eileen & Kirby, Holly & Steve, Madison, Vaughan, Jack, Wyatt, Ryan, Judith, Patricia & Dolores and all of Bill's nieces & nephews. Although I haven't seen Bill in many years, I remember him well, as he was a next door neighbor and good friend to my parents (Janet & Chick Quallet). We lost our dad, to the scourge of cancer, at just 46 and then our mom at 65, so the pain of a parent's loss is no stranger to our hearts and it's because of this that I'm filled with sorrow for each of you. I pray that you soon find the means to comfort your shattered hearts, minds, spirts & souls. Bill will be sorely missed by everyone whose lives he touched."
