Mrs. Anna 'Mama' Janet Moses, age 95, of Lithia Springs, GA passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2012. She was born May 7, 1917 in Boston, MA, daughter of the late Benjamin and Lillian Solomon Wax. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Moses; a son, Arthur Pagington; and a brother, Ralph Wax. 'Mama' Moses was a homemaker, loving to work crossword and jigsaw puzzles; she enjoyed crocheting, knitting and playing cards. Also known as the 'Bingo Lady', she called bingo at the Douglas County Senior Center, where she was very active and had served as Past President. She was a member of Eastside Baptist Church in Marietta, GA.

She is survived by a son, Ralph Pagington and his wife Karen of Memphis, TN; daughters, Lillian Hoover of Lithia Springs, GA, Suzanne Moses of Gainesville, GA, and Janet Culpepper and her husband Lunatic of Chamblee, GA; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

A memorial service is planned for Sunday, December 30, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Foundation Baptist Church, 2411 Vulcan Road, Lithia Springs, GA 30122, with Pastor Barry Gillis officiating.
