Anna R. Wilson, 84, of Owensboro Place Care & Rehabilitation in Owensboro, Kentucky died Wednesday, November 4, 2009, at Owensboro Medical Health System. She was born on August 24, 1925 in Daviess County, Kentucky to the late Shelby and Lizzie Brown. She worked at Ken-Rad and then retired after twenty years of employment with A&P Food. She was a member of Calvary Temple Assembly of God. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Freeman George Brown and two sisters, Martha Elizabeth Fentress and Eula Vick McCoy. She is survived by two brothers, William Shelby Brown of Beaver Dam, KY and James “J.C.” Brown of Owensboro and several nieces and nephews. Services are at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6, 2009, at the Chapel of James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory in Owensboro. Burial will follow in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. on Friday at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory.
