Anthony was born on November 1, 1960 and passed away on Monday, November 16, 2009.

Anthony was last known to be living in Evansville, Indiana.

He attended Lake Howell High School and graduated from Bishop Moore High School in 1978.

He is survived by his companion Gina Mercer.

A memorial service for Tonyťs family and friends will be held at the Casino Aztar Maple Room A in the Conference Center, beginning at 6:00 P.M. on Friday, November 20th. A second memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, November 27, 2009 at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Altamonte Springs, FL with a reception to follow in the church Life Center.
