Mrs. Betty Jean "B.J." Eason Morrison, age 76, of Highway 82 Dunn died Monday December 31, 2012 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.

Mrs. Morrison was born October 7, 1936 in Johnston Co. daughter of the late Albert Eason and Elsie McLamb Eason.

She was preceded in death by her husbands Durwood Dallas Lewis, Sonny Byrd & Ray Morrison and her brothers, James Walter "J.W." Eason and Billy Eason.

She was a charter member of Grace Chapel Church and worked as a LPN in her later years.

The Funeral will be held Thursday January 3, 2012 at 2 P.M. at Grace Chapel Church with Rev. Richard Beasley & Rev. Randy Barker Officiating.
Burial will follow in Banner Chapel Church Cemetery in Benson.

Survivors include her Children: Joan Parker & husband Ronnie of Dunn, N.C., Gary Byrd of the home, Terry Byrd of the home, Dianne Allison of Florida, Pam Ivey of Coats and Jim Byrd & wife Kathy of Coats, N.C.

Grandchildren: Angie Brandt, Billy Byrd, Hope Allison, Amanda Norris, George Allison, Ashley Parker, Andrea Tapia, Jennifer Byrd, Heather Byrd, T. J. Byrd, Elizabeth Ivey & Jimmy Byrd.

11 Great Grandchildren.

1 Great Great Grandchild.

Sister: Linda Brown and husband Johnny of Dunn.

Several nieces and nephews.

The Family will receive friends 7 - 9 pm Wednesday at Cromartie Miller and Lee Funeral Home in Dunn.
