Don P. Giordano passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2013, at the age of 73. Beloved and devoted husband of Pat Giordano for 51 years. Loving and proud father of Donna Giordano Daniel (Mark), David Giordano (Julie) and Debbie Giordano Holzenthal (Gary). Son of the late Lucy Dubos and Angelo Giordano. Brother of Lucian Giordano (Barbara). Adoring grandfather of Jason Castay and Brooke Castay Blanchard (Brad).
Don was the former co-owner of Giordano Wholesale Furniture. He was currently a member of the Board of Directors of The Italian American Marching Club and a past President.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 12, 2013. Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. until service time. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Don's memory to the American Diabetes Association.
