Dorothy Nell Brigance

BEECHMONT -- Dorothy Nell Brigance, 89, of 58 Pearson Lane, Beechmont, died at 5:20 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010, at Maple Manor Nursing Home in Greenville. She was born Nov. 5, 1920, in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker and member of Hazel Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Mike (Cathy) Brigance of Henderson and Terry (Kathy) Brigance of Beechmont; grandchildren Angela Cotton, Robert (Selena) Brigance, Megan Brigance, Cody Brigance, Allen (Keisha) Brigance and Clay Brigance; and great-grandchildren Allie Hearld, Dylan Hearld, Nick Cotton, Zack Brigance and Dalton Brigance.

Services are at 1 p.m. Saturday at Tucker Beechmont Funeral Home, with the Rev. Terry Chaney officiating, assisted by the Rev. Don Piper. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Central City.
