Ethel Lee Dean Dewitt , 70 years old of Madisonville, Louisiana, passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2013, at her home.
She was born on Wednesday, September 23, 1942, in Bedico, daughter of the late William & Helen Perilloux Dean Murphy .
Surviving are her husband of 55 years Charles I. Dewitt Sr.; daughter & son-in-law, Christine Dewitt & Rory Dunn; 2 sons Charles I. Dewitt Jr. and Brian K. Dewitt; grandchildren Brandon Dewitt (Sarah), Randall J. Dunn (Amber) , Kayla Dunn (Randall P.), Cory Dunn (Hannah), Megan Kenny (Jon) , Amber and Bryce Dewitt; great-grandchildren Rylan, Kyler, Steffin, Emma, Ella, Christopher, Alexis, Abigail, Hunter and Brently; sister-in-law, Joyce Dean.
She is preceded in death by her step-father, Lucius Murphy; 2 infant sisters, Joyce Helen & Della Ray Dean; 2 brothers, Donald and Arthur Ray Dean; 2 infant brothers, Frank Dean & Leslie Murphy.
Friends will be received Friday, February 15, 2013 from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm at Bedico Church of God.
Visitation will continue on Saturday, February 16, 2013 from 11:00 am until the services begin at 2:00 pm at Bedico Church of God.
Interment will follow in the Mae Edwards Cemetery Bedico, Louisiana.
