Preceded in death by her parents, G.B. and Juanita Shields. Survived by her son,, Thomas, Wife Diana and granddaughter, Taylor of San Antonio, TX; daughter, Meagan and grandson Hayden of Dallas, TX; brother, Don and wife Hope of Arlington, TX; 2 aunts along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Geneva devoted 38 years of service to the Texas Department of Public Safety, was the past Matron of Loyal Chapter #648 order of the Eastern Star, and was the past Mother Advisor of Elmwood Assembly #285 International Order of Rainbow for Girls. During those years of dedication she touched the lives of many. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, or the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.
