Mr. Funkhouser was born on June 20, 1951 and passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2009.

Mr. Funkhouser was last known to be living in Madisonville, Kentucky.

He is survived by his wife Lenora.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Ronald Hendricks and Rev. Bud Tingle officiating. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville.Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Monday and Noon until service time on Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may take the form of donation to the Ridgewood Terrace Nursing Home.
