Allen, James Melvin, 70, of Waverly, passed away Monday (12-29-08) in Lincoln, Nebraska. He was born to Maurice & Olga (Steyer) Allen on January 31, 1938 in Lincoln, Nebraska. Jim was a Navy Veteran. He retired from Goodyear Tire Company after 40 years of service. Jim collected antique farm equipment including a special interest in John Deere Tractors.

Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10am on Saturday (1-3-09) at St. Patrick’s Catholic Parish, 6126 Morrill Avenue.

Lincoln Memorial Park

Visitation:
Wednesday (12-31-08) from 3-8pm at the funeral home
Thursday (1-1-09) from 10am-2pm at the funeral home
Friday (1-2-09) from 9am-5pm at the funeral home
Saturday (1-3-09) 1 hour prior to service at church

Rosary:
A rosary will be said at 7pm on Friday (1-2-08) at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home with viewing 1 hour prior
