Jill E. Lundberg, passed away January 6, 2013. She was born June 30, 1946, in Rockford, daughter to L. Howard Lundberg and Evelyn (Grahn) Lundberg. Jill taught at Harlem High School for thirty-three years retiring in 2003. She will be greatly missed by her sister Cynthia Fritsch, San Diego, CA; brother, Jack Lundberg, Westville, OK; many cousins, nephews, nieces and special friend Donald Ausherman.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Polo Rehab for their care and Trinity Lutheran Church for their prayers.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, June 30, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. in Trinity Lutheran Church, 200 N. 1st Street. Enter on the Madison Street side. Those of us who knew her well will remember the fun times and generous spirit. In Jill's memory a donation may be directed to a scholarship fund by contacting Harlem High School, 1 Huskie Circle, Machesney Park, IL 61115.
Cremation Society of Illinois assisted the family.
