Mr. Carlton was born on December 14, 1939 and passed away on Friday, November 20, 2009.

Mr. Carlton was last known to be living in Madisonville, Kentucky.

Mr. Carlton is survived by Ruth.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, November 22, 2009 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. Kevin Jett officiating with burial to follow in Grapevine Cemetery in Madisonville. Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Saturday and 11:00 A.M. until service time on Sunday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may take the form of donation to the Mahr Cancer Center. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
