William Franklin Snell, 64, of Fairless Hills, passed away on February 26, 2013. He was born and raised in Philadelphia and graduated from Olney High School in June, 1965. He served in the US Army as a Sergeant, was employed for 25 years by Elevator Constructors, Local 5, Phila, and by Tastykake Baking Company for 10 years, where he received several awards as a top salesman.
Bill is preceded in death by his parents, William Franklin Snell and Mary Snell, his beloved brother Robert A., and his nephew Robert E. He is survived by his beloved companion Joyce Albright, his daughters Eileen Martin (Kirby) and Holly Staugaitis (Steven), grandchildren Madison, Vaughan, Jack William, Wyatt William, and Ryan, his sisters Judith Spadafora (Vince) and Patricia Davis (Rich), sister-in-law Dolores, and many nieces and nephews.
Bill enjoyed vacationing in Disney World with his family, golfing, the Philadelphia Phillies, and was a member of the VFW and the Bristol Moose. Most of all, he loved spending time with his 5 grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to Bill's viewings on Monday, March 4th, 6-8:30pm, and on Tuesday, March 5th, 9:30-10:45am, at Beck-Givnish of Levittown, 7400 New Falls Rd., where a service will be held Tuesday at 10:45am. Interment will follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown, PA.
